Rittenhouse Square

At the end of last year, a few girlfriends and I took a day off work on the weekend (a rare occurrence!) to take a day trip down to Rittenhouse Square, Philadelphia, PA.

The reason? One of us is getting married this year! Congratulations Jess!!! ❤

Our day started at BHLDN by Anthropologie so Jess could try on wedding dresses. Is there anything more beautiful than a woman in a wedding dress? Seriously! Jess looked so gorgeous and we were all crying happy tears for our friend, lol. After that we took stroll through Rittenhouse Square before heading to The Dandelion for afternoon tea.

I mean, come on, seriously! Look how gorgeous she is!!!

The building that houses Anthropologie features an incredible ornate ceiling that contains the portraits of Italian princes? The ceiling is an original installation to the 1898 building. Thank you to Hidden City Philadelphia for the history lesson!

This picture came out dark & gritty, but still made a lovely capture of my beautiful close friend Kelsey! She was our fantastic tour guide for the day.

I’m always happy that I religiously carry my camera on days like these. It’ll be nice to look back on these pictures & others from the day for years to come!
